All employee time entries require manager approval before they count toward payroll.
Go to Hours in your sidebar. You'll see all pending time entries across your team. Each entry shows the employee name, date, clock-in/out times, break duration, and total hours.
Click Approve on any entry to mark it as approved. Approved entries feed into payroll calculations automatically.
Click Reject to send the entry back. The employee will see it flagged in their dashboard and can edit and resubmit, or contact their manager directly.
Use the Approve All button at the top of the Hours tab to approve all pending entries at once — useful at the end of a pay period.
