Managing seats and billing

FieldGate uses a base + per-seat pricing model. You pay a flat monthly base fee for the platform, plus a small fee for each active team member (seat) you add.

Plan pricing

• Starter — $99/mo base + $10/seat/mo
• Pro — $149/mo base + $18/seat/mo
• Business — $229/mo base + $25/seat/mo

Annual billing saves 25% across all plans.

What counts as a seat

Each active team member uses one seat. Deactivated members do not count toward your seat total.

Checking your usage

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, seat count, and next billing date.

Adding or changing seats

You can adjust your seat count at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Plan. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
