Managing your subscription and billing

FieldGate subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from within the app.

Viewing your plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, next billing date, and seat usage.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade Plan to move to a higher tier. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
