Each employee has a base hourly rate and an optional role modifier that adjusts their effective rate.
Set when creating an invite or from the employee's profile in the Team tab. Represents the standard hourly wage in dollars.
A multiplier applied to the base rate. For example, a modifier of 1.5 on a $20/hr base rate gives an effective rate of $30/hr. Useful for senior or specialist roles.
Go to Team, click the three-dot menu on an employee, and select Edit Profile. Update the base rate and modifier and save.
