Logging job expenses

Employees with the logExpenses permission can log costs incurred on a job — materials, fuel, equipment, etc.

How to log an expense

Open a job and tap Add Expense. Enter the expense name, amount, and an optional note. You can also attach a receipt photo by tapping the camera icon.

Viewing job expenses

Managers can see all expenses for a job in the job detail view. Total expenses are shown alongside labor costs to give a full picture of job profitability.
