Creating and managing jobs

Jobs are the core of FieldGate's field operations management. A job represents a project or work order for a client.

Creating a job

Go to Jobs and click New Job. Fill in the job name, client name, description, and optionally a contract value and hourly rate. You can also assign team members directly from the creation screen.

Assigning team members

From any job, click Assign to add team members. Assigned employees can see the job in their app and log expenses and photos against it.
