Setting up Stripe Connect to collect payments

To collect payments through FieldGate invoices and Quick Pay links, you need to connect a Stripe account.

How to connect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Under Payment Collection (Stripe), click Connect Stripe
  3. You'll be taken to Stripe's onboarding flow — enter your business and bank account details
  4. Once complete, you'll be redirected back to FieldGate with your account connected

What happens after connecting

Once connected, all invoice payment links and Quick Pay QR codes will route payments directly to your connected Stripe account. FieldGate handles the payment processing automatically.

Requirements

You'll need a Stripe account (Stripe will create one for you during onboarding if you don't have one), a valid bank account for payouts, and identity verification via Stripe's KYC process.
