Using Quick Pay QR codes

Quick Pay lets you generate a QR code on the spot that a client can scan to pay you immediately — no invoice needed.

Requirements

You must have Stripe Connect set up in Settings → Integrations before Quick Pay will work.

Generating a QR code

1. Go to Widgets on your dashboard
2. Find the Quick Pay widget
3. Select the job, enter an amount, and optionally add a description
4. Choose link expiry (24h or 72h)
5. Click Generate

A QR code appears instantly. Show it to your client — they scan it with their phone camera, tap the link, and pay by card. No app required on their end.

Tracking payments

Paid Quick Pay links are marked as paid in the widget. You'll also see the payment in your Stripe dashboard.
