Clients can sign proposals directly from the shareable link — no printing or PDF tools needed.
When a client opens a proposal link, they can review all line items and scroll to the signature section at the bottom. They can either type their name or draw their signature on a touch-enabled device.
Once signed, FieldGate records the signature, timestamp, and the client's IP address. The proposal status changes to Signed and you receive an in-app notification.
After a proposal is signed and work is complete, open it and click Convert to Invoice to create a final payment invoice.
