Connecting QuickBooks Online
FieldGate integrates with QuickBooks Online to sync your invoices and payroll data automatically. Requires a Pro or Business plan.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect QuickBooks
- You'll be redirected to Intuit's login — sign in with your QuickBooks credentials and authorize FieldGate
- You'll be brought back to FieldGate with QuickBooks connected
What syncs
- Invoices — sent/signed/paid invoices are pushed to QuickBooks as invoices (with all line items)
- Payroll — completed payroll runs are pushed as journal entries (debit payroll expenses, credit payroll liabilities)
Syncing from Settings
Once connected, use the Sync Invoices and Sync Payroll buttons in Settings → Integrations to push data on demand. You can also ask MAX to sync for you.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect next to QuickBooks in Settings → Integrations at any time. Your FieldGate data is unaffected.
