Setting up your organization profile
Your org profile controls how your business appears on invoices, proposals, and emails sent to clients.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Org. You'll see fields for:
- Display name — your business name as clients will see it
- Phone — your business phone number
- Address — shown on invoices and proposals
- Website — linked from client-facing documents
- Brand color — hex color used on invoices and proposals
- Logo — upload your logo (shown on invoices, proposals, and emails)
Why this matters
Every invoice and proposal your clients receive will automatically include your logo, brand color, and contact details. A complete org profile makes your business look professional from day one.
