Manager onboarding walkthrough

When you first log in as a manager, FieldGate shows a guided onboarding checklist to help you get the most out of the platform quickly.

Onboarding steps

1. Create your first job — Add a job for a real client or a test project to see how jobs work.
2. Invite a team member — Generate an invite link and send it to one employee.
3. Track your first time entry — Either clock in yourself or have your employee do it.

Once all three steps are complete the onboarding overlay disappears. You can dismiss it early at any time from the checklist panel.
