Inviting your team

FieldGate uses invite links to bring team members on board. Each invite can be customized with a role, pay rate, and app permissions before you send it.

Creating an invite

Go to Invite in your sidebar. Click New Invite and fill in:

• Job title — what role this person will have (e.g. Field Tech, Driver)
• Pay rate — their base hourly rate
• Permissions — choose a preset (Basic, Standard, Lead) or customize individually
• Target email — optionally lock the invite to a specific email address

Sharing the invite

Once created, copy the invite link and send it via text, email, or any messaging app. When your team member opens the link they'll be guided through signup and automatically placed in your org with the correct role and permissions.

Approving members

New signups appear in your Team tab with a pending badge. Click the three-dot menu on their card and select Approve to give them full access.
